Vaginal Discharge 9 years after hysterectomy. Is it normal?

I had a vaginal hysterectomy 9 years ago where my uterus and cervix were removed. I've had a couple of yeast infections during that time, took an OTC and they seemed to clear up. This time I took a PH test first. It clearly indicated the lower PH number. Took the OTC for the yeast infection. The itching stopped. There is still a lot of milky discharge that does not itch. Should I be concerned?
