natural menopause vs. surgical menopause

Do you think it's easier to manage dropping hormones when going thru natural menopause rather than surgical (having a complete hysto)?
I REALLY wish I had NEVER had a complete hysto but.... I had bad endometrosis so I probably had no choice. But I'm wondering how women who are going thru natural menopause are doing.

While the symptoms can be similiar, for those in natural menopause the ovaries can still continue to trickle out minute amounts of hormones. With surgical menopause there are no ovaries to trickle. Surgical menopause is instant, while natural can be gradual. Those in natural may also deal with big fluctuations as the ovaries shut down.

All this to say, menopause; surgical or natural for some is not a walk in the park. Everyone is different, some have no problems finding balance, others do.
