Hysterectomy: July 19th, 2011

Surgery Type: SAH

Ovaries: Removed both

8 weeks and back to work!

Tomorrow makes 8 weeks since my total hysterectomy. I will never forget the day as my brother passed away the day of my surgery. I am so thankful for this site as I heard so many horror stories. Other than dealing with my hot flashes and night sweats I have no regrets. I feel better, I am not dealing with bleeding for weeks at a time and I don't have the pain that I did before and somehow I managed to loose 14lbs! Best of Luck to all you ladies. Hugs ;-)
