Scheduled for Jan. 2012 and already having nightmares!

I am scheduled for a SAH in January and had my first nightmare about it last night. Not at all looking forward to more.

I've been having nightmares on and off about this since Feb when my scheduling started.a few things that helped was meditation and if they got bad cuddling up to my DH. I'm not a cuddled at all.

Though, I will admit there are many a 3am reply on here from me because I couldn't sleep or get back to sleep. I understand that the night is the worst because we can keep ourselves busy until we lay down.

Do you have any books you can read until you pass out or a phone/kindle/tablet that you can take that produces it's own light so you don't keep the main light on? It's another thing I do. I've finished many a book recently and because I fall asleep with that as my last thought, I tend to dream of books.
