Homeopathic Quit Smoking Remedy

Hi, I'm 'kinda' new to the site, but was sneaking around for a couple of weeks now. When I learned that I had to have a hysterectomy, I decided that I HAVE to quit smoking before the surgery... I smoked about 12 to 20 a day, for at least 20 years (with a 5 year break...lol). My family doctor offered me to prescribe CHAMPIX, but after I read what it is and about the side effects, I didn't want it. But I also didn't/don't want to take nicotine replacements, especially after I learned that my surgery date is in 2 weeks.
I ordered a homeopathic quit smoking kit. There are different kits available, but most of them have a kind of detoxifying remedy, and a remedy that helps you with the cravings. The kit I use has tablets for the detox, and lozenges for the craving.
I started day 4 of my 'now or never adventure' today, and it works very well. Of course, I have cravings (especially in the morning after my first coffee, and in the evening after dinner...) but ... it seems like the medication helps...
