Progesterone cream....

Hello!! I havent posted here, and for the most I have been doing ok. But I want to be doing great!

Before my hyster in June, I was having lots of problems sleeping, night sweats, fatigue, and well, just not feeling well. Most of this became over shadowed by the pain and bleeding I was having. I am happy to say that I feel so much better, no cramps and no more pads!! (this is really cool) I am however still having the other problems. My doc says I dont have "hormone" problems...and well..thats, that.

I have been doing some reading, and am thinking of trying progesterone cream. I just cant figure out how to measure, or decide how much to use...I was going to try the Angel Care Cream..anyone try that one?

any ideas and thoughts about this whould really be appreciated!

Progesterone cream....

Denise,
I didn't keep my ovaries so I don't have much experience with that. However, if you were having menopausal symptoms before surgery I'm not sure if that would change after surgery. You will find a list of symptoms here www.hormonejungle.com/toomuch.php

There is a test that you can do at home to determine if your ovaries are working or not www.hormonejungle.com/work.php
