My dh and I have only had sex a few times since my tvh because I am really not getting aroused and I can't have an orgasm. Is this going to last? Any suggestions?

Are you on HRT? If your hormone levels aren't correct, it can affect your arousal and ability to reach climax.

Have you tried foreplay for men they are like microwaves and women are like ovens we NEED to preheat if this has not worked try an arousal cream and a bullet see where this leads you hope all works out. OHHH and dont forget to use a lube silicone based and water based are two kinds good luck.
