HRT - Stopped using Vivelle Patch...

Hi - I have been using the vivelle patch, but recently stopped taking it. I stopped the vivelle patch because I felt discomfort in my chest area (odd, right?). When I stopped taking it, the discomfort went away. I am not taking anything right now. I don't experience a whole lot of menopausal symptoms, but I am concerned for things such as dryness and bone loss etc. I am only 40, so not sure what to do here. Does anyone know of a more natural HRT? I am so confused! Also, am I at risk of anything for stopping the HRT? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks~!

There really is no such thing as "natural", even supplements, though they are not a replacement for ert, are not natural. The Vivelle is considered to be bio identical and there are many other bio identical erts.

Did you discuss your symptoms with your doctor? Perhaps the dosage wasn't the right one for you.
