Cold feet

Hi, I had a complete H 16 mos ago. After much frustration I think I have my HRT under control. I am on the Clamaria patch 1.5 every 5 days and I take ortho-est every day. Things seem very good but the past week I have been having very cold and sore feet and a bit of coldness in one leg. It is getting cold where I live and I am not sure if I am just more sensitive to the cold or if this could be estrogen related. Does anyone have any ideas?
I hate to run to the Dr's, I am so sick of the Dr's!

Sometimes estrogen use can affect your thyroid. Perhaps you should get your thyroid checked? At any rate, I would see what the doctor has to say. Don't worry about bothering them. That is what you are paying them for!

One of the first things I notice when my thyroid levels get low is cold feet - so Ditto to what Becky said.
