How old were you when you had your hysterectomy?

42 years old.

I was (am) 46 years old and the 40's age group seems to be claiming boasting rights? for this surgery! I was diagnosed with a fibroid way back in 1998 but I had absolutely no pain or symptoms until just recently when I felt just a wee bit bloated... I'm now 2lbs lighter (ie minus fibroid & uterus) and doing great. Back to work on july 17th! Half days for 3 weeks then gosh it's vacation time for the whole month of august

34 years, 10 months.

I am 34 years old (my surgery was 2 weeks ago - 11-20-06)

I am 51 years old. Hyst. was 5 weeks ago.
