Right side ab pain and cramping in lower back

Good evening all, I'm hoping that maybe I can get some advice to see if anyone else has experienced anything similar. I had a complete hysterectomy about 8 years ago. For the past 3-4 years I've been experiencing pain in the right side just above the hip bone and sometimes it radiates around to the back. In addition more recently I've been experiencing cramping feeling in my lower abdomen and back along with the other pain on the right side. I've had multiple RUQ CT Scans, x-rays, ultrasounds, hidascan, etc. The only things that have been found are 3 kidney stones in right kidney, cyst & 2 stones in the left kidney, and slightly elevated liver enzymes that isn't even double the normal. My doctor says that he is willing to send me to a pain specialist to see about having a pain block done, but I'm really not interested in doing that as I feel there is something wrong that they just haven't found yet. Is there anyone out there that has experiences anything similar? Possibly cancer??? Just hoping for some guidance.... Thank you in advance.

Re: Right side ab pain and cramping in lower back

Have any of your doctors suggested the possibility of adhesions? They can develop after abdominal surgery and cause pain even years later.

Best wishes in finding an answer to your pain.

No mention of that at all. I do have an appt with a gyn at the end of February maybe since she did the surgery she will chk that out. If that is it, is there anything they can do about them? Thank you for your reply.
