Hair Loss
I have never seen this mentioned, but I was wondering if anyone else has had their hair fall out after their surgery. Anytime I pull my fingers through my hair, I seem to have several in my hand. The pillow and shower are worse!!! Just wondering

search
Hi Angel101,
If you use the purple search button on the top right you will find what you are looking for.Search by titles only, I did this myself. I have very thick hair and was also qurious about this hair loss that people occasionally posted about. Good Luck in your search.
God Bless,
Sue

Hair Loss
Hi Angel101,
My beautician explained that any time you're under anesthesia, you can suffer temporary hair loss. This has happened to me every time I've had anesthesia. For me, it gets better after a couple of months. Anesthesia can take a while to leave your system. In the meantime, try using a "clarifying" shampoo, which may help.
My very best to you...

OMG
OMG, I am going thru the same thing, I am 7 1/2 weeks post and my hair comes out ALOT! Like you, I too run my fingers thru my hair and I have 5 or more strands. The shower has alot of my hair and so does my brush. So far I bought 2 to 3 different kinds of shampoo, those were recommended by my stylist and so far nothing. Let me know if you found anything that worked for you. The shampoos I tried so far are Redken Moisturizing, some kind of Menthol Shampoo (that made my head feel cold, lol) and Paul Mitchell, still shopping for something else. Good luck

Hair Loss
This is weird because I am having just the opposite happen. I usually have to clean out the drain everytime I shower, but not since the surgery. Isn't it funny how our bodies all react differently?
