Help! Did I mess up anything?

Help! I went with my husband yesterday to Costco.(5 weeks post op)I knew I could not make it around the store, so got in a riding cart which made me feel old and worse than ever. By the time I got to back of the store, I had done so much starting and stopping. People walked in front of me causing me to stop short. Think I must of tightened up muscles. 2 of the 5 stitches area(the larger ones) inside are bothering me. I have been on the sofa all day. Do you think I messed up anything, or am I far enough into this to be safe. Thank you in advance. Now, I see why dr. tells you not to drive early..

Re: 1 month & beyond exhausted- Setback?

You are probably fine - it is just that you have been doing things that your body is not back up to doing yet. I know the doctors say how easy a recovery you have with minimally invasive surgery, but internally, there is just the same amount of healing to be done.

thank you. i thought I could manage it. Didn't realize how much starting and stopping of the cart was involved.
