Surgery Type: DvH

Ovaries: Removed both

Apple Cider Vinegar questions

My surgery was on 3/5/12. I'm having hot flashes and night sweats.

Instead of drinking apple cider vinegar, would a pill version help? Sundown Naturals has Apple Cider Vinegar 600 mg tablets. It says you can take 2 tablets 1-3 times a day.

Or, would any brand of liquid ACV be okay? How much would I have to take?
