ONLY NATURAL VITAMINS NOW-helP!!!

Hi! well its been almost 3 weeks now with no HRT and along with feeling like crap all the time..migraines... dizziness.. I cld go on and on.. plain and simple I do NOT feel right!!! the night sweats are really bad!!!I wake up feeling like a wet eel! I am going to checkout this chillow pillow and where to buy it! Maybe it can keep my head cool too? I just dont think that black cohash is working good? I did buy a box of Promensil too....

I am also curious about the Chillow. Is it worth the money? I got a cheap "imitation" and it had to be soaked in water and made my pillow wet and smell funny. Anyone out there know how the Chillow works? Does it have that same mechanism?
