Moral of the Story - Join HysterSistersNow

This is a story for all of you who may not have already joined HysterSisters.

Four weeks ago I went to see my out of network GYN because I really needed someone to solve my itching, itching everywhere. I asked her " don't you think that maybe this itching is the equivalent of a hot flash?". "Oh no", she replied "I doubt that". "Well", I said, "could we do an estradiol test". At my prodding, she agreed. The results found that I was on the very border of low, so she agreed to increase my patch dose. Low and behold the itching stopped. When I told her this yesterday , her response was "Boy, I'm pretty smart, huh". I paid her $165 and got only grudging cooperation which she now wants to lay claim to as her victory.

The moral of the story is that before you pay one more doctor for their crappy misinformation, you owe it to yourself to support this site where I have gotten better information and more moral support than anywhere else.

She was smart enough to listen to you.

I just got a copy (e-mail) of a message I sent out, imploring local folks to take action on an upcoming political issue. It seems someone stripped my name from my letter, and sent it out as though they had written it. I don't mind them forwarding it, but like you with your doctor, I hate it when somebody takes credit for my hard word and research.

At least we'll both get the results we're after, even if we don't get the credit. <sigh>

Yes we are smart women!!

You are right my DR (female) also only listens but she does do what I ask if she don't think of it first. She is a little bit informed so I haven't had too much trouble. She still won't hear of progestrone but I find it makes me sorta sick. Anyway yes please join the website that informs. God bless.
