Whoops, Where'd Tues Go, It's Wed April 18

Good morning BEST friends! How are you all doing?

Yesterday I never even got to the computer but calories stayed within bounds because lunch was pretty meager and I took home lots of dinner. I recognized "full" for a change and knew if I ate more I'd not feel so great. This is a FIRST for me, I mean really choosing to stop because I was actually feeling full, not because I figured I had eaten enough. I had split with my mother and still had enough to take for lunch today. We were at a Mexican restaurant, and I only had a few chips, maybe a normal "serving" Another first - Chip Resistant!

Today,
B - Kashi vanilla instant oatmeal - pretty tasty, and a few steak strips left over from dinner. Juice and prunes.
S - few ounces grape soda added to a can of seltzer water. A whole can of soda is 180 calories and I know I don't need that, so I'll take another splash for my second seltzer, and will toss the rest. An ounce of grape juice gives better flavor to a can of seltzer anyway.
L - the rest of last night's fajita - one flour tortilla, chicken and veggies.
S - ? depends on how lunch holds me
D - salad and tuna with toast.

Ex - 25 minutes elliptical. Skipped Curves again, was running a little late but trying to add extra steps today. with my new shoes.

Will check in later,

Re: Whoops, Where'd Tues Go, It's Wed April 18

Desk,
Oh, those darn chips are so hard to stop. I try really hard when we go to a Mexican restaurant to not mindlessly pick at them. I put some on my plate and try to eat them slowly.

I missed yesterday also, I was on the computer, rare that I am not. Just forgot to stop by with my same ole' boring daily log.

I am getting my appetite back, that's not necessarily a good thing, as I noticed my was starting to grumble at me today. It wasn't terrible, just something I noticed. During the worst of my sinus problems and no appetite, my was feeling so much better. There just seems to be no happy inbetween for me. Sigh...

Today, breakfast was my usual, snack was some smoked turkey leg meat, lunch was a small salad from the deli. I think I am going to bring my own dressing and put it in the fridge at work. I just can't seem to find a happy medium with their scoops. 1/2 is not enough, 1 is too much and when I ask for 3/4 they get confused.

I had a few pieces of turkey when I got home from work early today as I had my doc appt. I am just not sure what I am going to have for dinner.

Weather here in SE Texas has been fantabulous! This is what spring is suppose to be like. It was actually chilly this morning, I actually I had to put on a blazer over my blouse this morning. Loving it! They are actually calling for mid 50's this weekend.
