pain 7 swelling in vagina - 5 weeks post-op

I was healing well from my Di Vinci (I had a very large fibriod and surgery took double time). on week 3 I began coughing (asthma) which set me back in my progress. and then the begining of week 4 i was up on my feet (for a total of aobut 2 hrs with short beaks) 2 days in a row and I experienced a pinching pain and what feels like swelling in my vagina. I son't think I "broke any rules" so this was confusing.

The pinching pain can be controlled by limiting my time sitting or walking, but the swelling is harder to controll. I have to lay down before that improves and it still reoccurs withing about 15 min of being up. today I was at work, sitting still in my chair with a donut seat, for 4.5 hours. I am now having moderate pinching pain and swelling that has not even reduced after 2 hours in bed.

Has anyone experience this? I see the doc for my folow-up on Friday.

How did your Drs visit go?

The only things I could think of was some sort of nerve issue. Such as a nerve caught in a healing incision or something along that line.

I had swelling in my VEEJAYJAY area. I thought it was weird what I was experiencing but I see it must be a common thing. It went away around the 5 th week.
