Frustrated other women are so un-educated about TAH

Your post made me laugh too, but I also agree in the most supportive of way. I had a hysterectomy 2 weeks ago, needed 6 units of blood and now I'm feeling a little blue. I think I was in shock at first now I'm learning to cope with the loss. My arthritis is causing me pain and I hope to pray and stay foccused on things I amgrateful for, like my family.

Thanks for your post. I had a gal at the store help me out to car with my groceries and I told I had surgery when ahe asked what kind I tolda hysterectomy and she did not know what it was, so I realize thre are those uninformed people out there.thanks for listening
