Painful orgasm 9 yrs post op

I was wondering if anyone else had had an issue with muscle spasms being painfully gripping during orgasm. Seems to happen when orgasm intense, and muscles in groin and abdomen area on one side go into a horrible spasm which kills the good one..and I have to deep breathe and apply pressure until it subsides.. makes me not want to have sex. I have not been sexually active for much of the past 9 yrs since the hysterectomy, which was a complete, ovaries and all. Could it be scar tissue adhesions? Does anyone else have this problem?
