Scar Tissue AGAIN!

Anyone suffering from scar tissue that is like a "burning" in their stomach? If so, what are you doing to relieve the pain? I can't imagine heat would feel good on this. I have had alot of trouble with scar tissue developing in the past but for some reason all of the sudden today it's gone from an achey pain to a constant burning around my upper stomach, belly button area, over to my right side. Haven't done anything out of the norm that I can think of that would have brought this on. Started about mid-day and hasn't let up.

I suffer from this too but mine is an achy pain and sometimes itches internally. Have you consumed any alcohol lately? I noticed when I consume foods high in estrogen (alcohol being the worst) I get more twisting and tightening in my abdomen.
