First Post Surgery Half-Marathon!!

Completed Half Marathon #21 on Mother's day just one day shy of 14 weeks post surgery.

Posted a 2nd best personal time of 2:01:51 with only 126 miles run in the last 6 weeks.

Feel so much better, so much more energy since the surgery and ran that race feeling very comfortable with the pace and not really pushing it.

Now that I am free of the nightmare of my monthly cycle I can't wait to see how my times improve!!!

#22 is coming up on May 27th!!

Keep running ladies. I am 100% positive that my speedy recovery from surgery is directly related to being a long time runner.

Outstanding!! I am just starting back to running now 6 1/2 wks post op.
