Vaginal Weights for Pelvic Floor strengthening

Hi.. Back again. Had pelvic floor surgery last August and still have issues with a bit of leaking and being able to relax my pelvic floor. I am I pelvic floor PT now and the PT suggested I purchase some vaginal weights to use as I continue my therapy.

Has anyone here used them? What brand? She mentioned Femtone and Step.

On a good note... I am empty my bladder completely, sleep throught the night, do not have that feeling i am going to fall out, and life is starting to get normal again.

Sure wish I would have tried PT before my last surgery. My rectocele has returned and I an certain if I would have known post op what I know now... I could have avoided that. Oh well... Live and learn I guess.

What a great idea!! I work in PT and this sounds like a wonderful program. I could see how that would benefit the pelvic floor muscles. I checked these out online and it is a program that you can do discreetly while you go about your chores at home. The program I viewed was 15 minutes 2x daily.

I am having issues not using my glutes during kegles so she thinks this will help. sure hope so!

My PT has me using the dvd called pfilates. It engages the glutes. I would not be able to do the weights yet. I still have to do my kegel program in a lying down position.

getting stronger and stronger! I am only at level 1 (there are 3) and my PT had me choose 3 of the 10 exercises to work on until our next appointment.

I ordered the weights... I am open to trying anything and everything. Will post how it goes. Sure seems like $59.95 is worth the investment to give it a try!
