24 and no hormones!!!

So I'm not taking any hormones and I'm going nuts! Hot flashes, breasts shrinking, you name it. I'm just looking for some help on easing the symptoms and what I should worry about with no hormones

I'm 31 and no hormones! It sucks menopause sucks. I have been taking Bragg's apple cider vinegar and it helps with the hot flashes.

I am 29 and haven't taken any hormones for 5 months. Finally the doctor is going to put me on some. I have alot of the symptoms and it sucks big time. If you can't take hrt do to medical history I would try looking into some of the natural stuff to take the edge off of symptoms. I have learned that you just have to take one day at a time and if you do try something to give it at least 3 weeks. Why are you not takin hrt? Just curious you are so young.

Hi ladies. I am 30. Had a total hyst due to cancer and I am going INSANE!!! Menopause is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't take Hormones, might try antidepressants, although not really looking forward to it.

REALLY?? How do you use it? With salads or you take shots of it? Explain, please. I am interested.

I went off everything around February and have been using the menopause formula of the Women's One a Day Vitamin. It helps with the hot flashes some, and my moods have been okay. Better than they were the 1st 6 weeks after surgery, so it's better than what it would be other wise...
