Apple Cider Vinegar

I read a post on here about taking apple cider vinegar for hot flashes. I didn't find the Bragg's type, just regular apple cider vinegar. Will that help??? I have been taking it twice a day for like a week now. I also have rheumatoid arthritis and saw online somewhere that ACV works for that as well. I will say I am noticing a lot less night sweats. But I want to give it longer to see. To be honest...I really like the taste of it lol. I drink it with just a tablespoon of water added to it. Now I may have a problem when it comes time for me to make BBQ....because I always make the southern vinegar sauce to put on the sandwiches. And now I may make it exxxtra strong since I like straight vinegar lol. If anyone has had good results with ACV, lemme know, also if regular not Bragg's will work just as good. thanks!

It has to be unpasteurized. It is a life saver for night sweats! I found Bragg's at a health food store
