4 months post-op: Bladder feels irritated sometimes

I am over 4 months out from my TLH-BSO and just wondered if others have experienced different bladder sensations this far out? My surgery went great and my gyn did a check of the bladder while I was still in surgery to be sure she had not inadvertently caused harm to my bladder. I had no bladder issues during my recovery. Lately I just feel sometimes as it my bladder is irritated inside, just a weird feeling. I do not have any leakage issues or other notable issues. Just didn't know if I should be concerned about this. Thanks!

It wouldn't hurt to check with your doctor as you could be dealing with some kind of UTI. Please let us know what you find out.

Carolina, I'm in the same boat! This is my 3rd UTI in 4 months and my bladder doesn't feel right. I'm getting a referral for a Urologist to check things out. I hope you feel better. Call your ob/gyn--I found out that I'm still covered for after-care for up to a year, so I call her whenever I don't feel right.
