tests results

Hi, I got all test results in. My estradiol was 586,
thyroid i am hyper now, was hypo 6 months ago, dr. said i have adrenal fagtigue, and my test was so low she wondered how i got up in the morning, but i feel hypered up all the time, alot of energy, and have trouble resting... i have low progesterone and testerone...
do i feel all this energy from too much estradoil and armor, was told to cut the estrogen dose in half and take thyroid 5 days a week not 7 days, add prometruim and i will wait on testerone, add Dhea at 2.5 mg.... but i am not tired,
do i wait to feel lower in estrogen and thyroid
before adding Dhea?
