Wellbutrin for menopausal symptoms?

Has anyone out there been recommended to take Wellbutrin for menopausal symptoms? I used to take it for anxiety and depression, but stopped after the removal of my last ovary in October. Needless to say, I feel horrible! Gone from a size 8 to a 14+ night sweats fierce and hot flashes getting worse. Trying to find suitable HRT, but process is grueling. Help :/

I am curious about this too, and will be interested to see if anyone has any information about it. I go in on Monday and might ask. The weight gain is horrible, isn't it? Super fast and unexplained! ugh.

I take it. It's helped me since I had my last ovary out the end of December. I didn't start HRT until six weeks post op. However, I was taking Wellbutrin before the surgery too, I increased the amount I take some, but for me its been no replacement for HRT. I still haven't found a method that's worked longer than a couple of months, but feel better with some HRT and just the Wellbutrin. I also only take the name brand.
