Aggravated...

Today I went to a meeting at my kids school. I sat on the hard wood chairs in the school's auditorium and since that my vagina has been aching. What can I do to help this annoying ache?

Re: Aggravated...

Shakiva38,

The wood chairs killed me too during the initial recovery period!!! I had the same pain after sitting, or driving, for too long as well. A moist heating pad can help. I loved the hydroculator pads! The other thing I bought was a memory foam pad for my chair at work. Oh, and a foot rest under my desk. Have you been cleared for baths? Either way, you should call your to let them know you're in pain and see what they suggest. I hope you're feeling better soon!

Heating pad might work. Try to lie down if you can. Ibuprophen was my best friend.

Re: Aggravated...

I found reclining helped alot, I could not sit long on chairs upright as it would cause the ache you describe so I would sit at a reclining or at an angle so the pressure was off that area. Definitely talk to your doctor but in the mean time try the suggestions of a heat pad and reclining.
