Had my lap yesterday

Well I had my lap yesterday after waiting more than 2 hours for my doctors to get out of another surgery.

They told my husband that everything looked great, no endo. The did say that they removed a polyp from the inside top of my uterus and that could have been causing my problems. Does anyone know if polyps do cause pain similar to endo??

Also, the pressure from the gas in my chest and shoulders is almost unbearable. Does gas medication help this or does it just have to wear off?? Thanks!

I go for my post op appointment tomorrow so I guess the doctor will tell me what she saw and what my options are.

Hi...I had a polyp that was found during a hysteroscopy. I don't know how long it had been there..also had fibroids. I really didn't have horrible pain...maybe more like achey cramps. But, it did cause heavy, heavy bleeding.

I remember that pain, it usually wore off after a day or so. Moving around helped me to be more comfortable, and seemed to help move it out!
