help very swollen

Help I am 6 week post op after a a and p repair I am very very swollen down there. It feels like the cyscolcle has come back. I not have done any heavy lifting but I did put the washing in twice. made drinks fed my son. put a pizza in for my son tonight. Helped to dry pots and made drinks for guests. I thought doing this would be okay. Why Am i very swollen down there. Iam i doing to much. I would thought by now I would be able to do most light every day stuff.

Have you tried putting an ice pack between your legs to see if it helps with the swelling? How long until your post op check up?

The post op check is not untill the 12 oct. I am a bit concerned about going on hoilday on the 8th sept. It will mean lots and lots of walking . I just hope that i can do it.
