In Major Pain 11 days post-op LAVH. Is this normal???

Hi. I am 11 days Post-Op. I had a LAVH and bladder suspension. I have been feeling pretty good until this morning. All of a sudden while standing in my kitchen, I had a sharp stabbing pain shoot through my rectum, vagina, and right ovary( the only one I have). It was so bad it brought me to the floor. I am also experiencing lower abdomen burning. I am gassy and have since then had a BM, which brought some relief, but the pain is continuing. I can feel the pain come on and literally have to brace myself and breathe like I am in labor
until it passes. I have also taken gas- x, but can gas really cause this much pain??? I have not had to take any pain medication in 5 days until now. I am also having clear liquid like vaginal discharge and mild bright red blood from vagina, but only when urinating. Of course it is Saturday and only have nurses on call at my doctors office. I am just not sure if I should go to the ER or not. I appreciate any feedback.

Go to the ER. This is not normal. Please let us know what you find out.

Yes, gas can cause that much pain, it's unbelievable just how much. But you have other symptoms in addition that are concerning, such as the blood. It is best to go get checked out.
