wow, I would have never guessed our award winning comedian was a teacher!!!!! Lol. I guess u have to have a good sense of humor to try to educate kids all day. I think teachers are sooooo under paid. Im wishing u and all the teachers on this thread a good first day and a even better school year!!

Thank you, I truly think it will be a great year. At the end of the year I was so uncomfortable and worried because wondering why the BC pills weren't working, if there was a major issue and that is not where my head needed to be. I am glad I had the surgery and don't have to worry anymore.

Happy Birthday howdoyouknow!!!

I just came from my second follow up appointment. Dr said everything was looking great. He recommends waiting 1 more week before having sex. He said tell hubby to take a cold shower for a few more days...lol. I laughed but agreed to follow his advice. Dr does not want to see me for a whole year unless I have problems.

He revised my return to work for next week to being half days next week then full days starting Aug 20. I already called work and my boss said he was expecting that to be the case and was glad to hear I was coming back, even if it was only half days. I was a little surprised but relieved. My boss also said that even when I return to full days that if I need to leave early or need to lay down on the couch for a bit in our break area during the middle of my shift, to go ahead and do so. He said I was valuable to the workplace and would be hard to replace so he said he expects me to take care of myself.

I do, however, have to make an appointment now with my family doctor to do followup on my BP. It has been running a little high the last few weeks. So when I get off of here, I am going to call and set up that appointment.

I am so relieved now. This has been a journey and now I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel and no, it is not another train.

Hope all my fellow sisters out there continue to do well healing. I will continue to update on here when I have news or just to see how everyone is doing.
