Re: 3 months post op cramping and spotting

If you had your cervix removed then, no, it is not and you should call your dr.I am 15 weeks out, had some cramps on Sat with no bleeding, but woke up yesterday morning with bleeding then spotting. I called my dr and she had me come in today. Had to have silver nitrate, I had a 'blister". She described it as a blood vessel that was raw and had bubbled up. She removed it and used the silver nitrate and the bleeding has stopped. It was in the same area that I had to have silver nitrate on when I was 3 1/2 weeks out and had some major bleeding.
If you still have your cervix, as I understand it, you can still have light periods. Just to be on the safe side, call your dr and I hope you get to feeling better soon.
