How Much Soy Milk to drink?

Hey Ladies,
My MD wants to wait 2 months post op before we think about HRT. My 2 month mark appt with him in July 6th.
In the mean time, I will take some Black Cohosh and drink Soy Milk-BUT I don't know how much soy milk to drink daily.
In the last week my hot flashes have been AWFUL, followed by episodes of just near death freezing. The last 24 hours have been rough-I just took my first BlaCoh pill and downed a cup of milk.
Any advise?

Re: How Much Soy Milk to drink?

If you have any kind of thyroid problem do not drink soy milk or eat soy as it will interfere with the thyroid.

I am hypothyroid and avoid all kinds of soy.
