Vivelle Odd side effect?

Hi Everyone,

Been on vivelle .0375 and supplements (some are womens and have wild yam they were just started). I just noticed enlarged areolas. Is this possibly my supplement increasing the estrogen by vivelle? Part of adding estrogen. I still have my ovaries but my dr said I was deficient. I am deficient on vitamins and just started a women's one that does have some women's herbs. Any comments are welcome.

Can this be reversed or will change?

Thank you for your support. Everyone has been great.

Re: Vivelle Odd side effect?

Does the wild yam one contain USP Progesterone?

The one female vitamin has wild yam in it and fenugreek.

Re: Vivelle Odd side effect?

It doesn't mentions USP Progesterone though. Could this be part of just the vivelle hitting full strength in my body? Just trying to find out.

Re: Vivelle Odd side effect?

I'd call your Dr. just to mention the change you've noticed and see what they say. Even though the patch dose you're on is small, it could be it's high enough to produce some breast changes. Maybe they'd like to check your estradiol level to see how high it is.

Re: Vivelle Odd side effect?

Just an FYI, Wild yam will not have the same effect as progesterone. Just curious, what is the benefit of taking wild yam?
