How long should it take for Zoladex to stop periods?
Hi all, How long should it take for Zoladex to stop your periods? My endo has suggested that I try Zoladex as an alternative to hysterectomy as I have endometriosis, fibroids and PMDD. I am due to have my fifth injection/implant tomorrow but am still having regular periods. Don't get me wrong, they're very light, but they are every 28 days regular and come with mood swings, migraine and endo pain. I was really hoping they'd have finished by now! I am on addback HRT because I started getting pretty bad hot flushes (and complete insomnia - I was lucky if I got 3 hours sleep) about 6 weeks after the first jab, but my peoiods keep coming. How long do you think I should leave it before I give it up as a lost cause? Thanks  )
