Tragedy has struck! ;-)

My DVR with all my shows and movies has died! I had weeks of stuff recorded on it. Now that summer school has started I was even recording my new-found morning programs to watch when I came home and crawled back in bed. Not to mention all the evening shows since I still fall asleep around 6pm. Now there's only one TV with cable and its the one in the bedroom and I don't want to share! **dramatic hand to the forehead** What's a recovering hystersister to do without her DVR!?

For the newest I think that Hulu plus wll do. The only problem is that Hulus trial is for only 7 days.

I did 24, which was 8 seasons, 24 episodes on each. It's amazing how you can get addicted. I enjoyed watching the characters grow old, and the changes in fashions, cars, etc.

Now I am watching old movies...Saturday watched steel magnolias and laughed, cried. It was great.

Re: Tragedy has struck! ;-)

LOL! Yep some of the older movies are timeless. I've re-watched all my favorites at least once. Started watching Star Trek Voyager with my DH weeks ago. At least now I can get his little insider jokes! I was right in the middle of Nip-Tuck when I had surgery, but I don't think I want to watch that right now. Those surgery scenes are graphic. I missed the latest on Hell's Kitchen, Rizolli and Isles and tonight I'll miss Suits. *sigh*
