bladder control post op 17 days, catheter removed 3 days ago "help"

Hi, my name is Tracey and I had surgery on June 7th and am doing pretty good. I just had my catheter removed on June 21st and oh what a challenge. I am working on bladder control. I am hoping to find out if others are having this same problem and if this is normal. Help!!

I’m sorry you’re having problems that bring you here but am very glad you’ve joined and hope you’ll benefit from the wealth of information and support.

Princess Ruby has linked our Post-Op Page above, which is packed with information, and also the Post-Op and Pelvic Floor & Bladder Issues forums. Please don’t hesitate to start a new thread in whichever best suits your needs so others can share their experiences.

When you have a moment, however, it would be very helpful (when replying to your concerns) if you could tell us a little more by completing your Member Survey.
