Help! 19 months later new set of problems

I had a full hysterectomy 19 months ago due to severe periods, only controlled by depo and was no longer allowed to use.

i now find myself with a new set of problems
i have the most tender set of breasts-as bad as when i was breastfeeding

intercourse feels like being rubbed with a scourer! its the only way i can describe it
it is extremly sore and have slight bleeding afteward
even with ky jelly lubrication i find no relief
i am on HRT and have been since the op and see no improvment with my issues
if anyone can give any ideas of reasons,solutions or expierences to help me i would be extremely grateful!!

I understand what you are dealing with. I've not had the breast issues so ? with that. I have found organic expellier pressed coconut oil ( whole foods) works great. Better than ky. Also organic and naturally microbial. I cant do hormones so I dont get any relief with that route. It's possible the friction is irritating the vaginal lining and causing slight bleeding so lubrication should help with that.
