Hey there. I'm home, I was discharged last sat. I'm having surgery July 23. This fluid will not let up.

Oh No!!! Do they know why the fluid is there? Can't they do something about it? Sorry for so many questions, as I know you aren't feeling well, but I'm just a bit confused. The upcoming surgery is for the fluid build up? Sorry told ya I was confused.

Haha. Ya the surgery is for the fluid. They're not 100% on why. But pretty sure it was from the trauma of my hysterectomy. I'm confused too!!

Re: Back in hospital

My LAVH was 6/27 and went well but I was back in the hospital on 7/2 because of a high fever. We finally found the problem with a cat scan...a tiny bit of infection behind where my uterus was removed. It is VERY slow going with antibiotics and I've broken down twice emotionally but it is SO much better now. Be patient and speak up! They will find what is wrong and you'll be on your way quickly to feeling so much better. Hang in there! You can do this!!!
