Pre-op u/s questions

I had to have a lovely vaginal u/s during my pre-op appt. last week and I'm wondering if I should be concerned about the results. The u/s tech had a very hard time finding my ovaries and never found my right one with internal u/s but did find it with an abdominal one. I have a history of Endo/scar tissue from previous lap surgeries to remove Endo. She also did a doppler u/s to check my vessels and found that I have one that is like a vericose vein - blood runs the wrong way. Anyone think I should be concerned about these? I know I can call my doc and I will on Monday. Just wanting opinions/thoughts this weekend.

Thank you!

Kim

Re: Pre-op u/s questions

I wish I could answer your questions. The best probably is to talk to your doctor about your test results.

Good luck...

Re: Pre-op u/s questions

I had both US's 2 weeks ago and had the opposite. She couldn't see my left ovary on abdominal but found it just fine doing the vaginal US. Mine was mainly due to swelling.
