Surgery Type: TAH/SAH

Ovaries: Kept 1 or both

Hot flashes

POPSICLES!! A great way to help with hot flashes. Have them in the freezer before surgery so you can start enjoying relief while recovering. Each princess is a little different but I started flashing 2 days post-op. Also a small table top fan works wonders. Take care and stay cool sisters and God bless.
