1st BMs Today! (what an opening, eh?)

Seriously, don't know if I could have had a better wedding anniversary gift than my first BM today since my enema on Sunday night.

Haven't had to take the pain meds yet but the gas movements are pretty shocking. They come outta nowhere and are not to be denied! That aside, I feel surprisingly good. Walked around the back yard yesterday and today but no lifting or carrying. If I enjoyed my naps before, now they are a necessity. Swelly Belly is in full force and effect. My incisions all look good but one the DermaBond gave way so it will leave more of a scar.

Forgive me if my update sounds so rosy, but I truly have been leased thus far in my recovery. Sending blessings to all as we navigate this new territory!
