need advice! 1 month post op for trachelectomy and oophorectomy

Hi everyone! Im hoping for some words of wisdom or advice. June 1st I had my remaining ovary and cervix removed due to advance endo and numerous cysts. I had my uterus removed 5 yrs ago and the other ovary out 8 yrs ago due to to a benign neoplasm. I went to my 1 month post op visit and during the speculum exam my doctor discovered another cyst below where my cervix was. His words "it looks like a balloon" The thing is at 1 week post op I went to the er because I felt a small bulge and the doctor did 2 very painful speculum exams and said I had alot of swelling as well as a vaginal cuff. Is this something I should worry about. My doctor says that it wasnt there when he did my surgery (robotic). I go back aug 21st for a consult because he says that I need another surgery to remove it. HELP! Im at my wits end!
