Necrotising granulomas anyone?

Hi pathology results in today. All benign fortunately. Uterus covered in necrotising granulomas. Any idea what that is?

Re: Necrotising granulomas anyone?

Hi I didn't have this but I looked it up, and granulomas are small clumps of dead cells that form when the immune system tries to fight off a foreign substance but can't rid it from the body. Necrotising refers to the dead cells and the area of inflammation they cause. You should ask your doctor what that means for you. Hope this helps! Happy healing :-)
