Estroven over the counter

I bought over the counter "Estroven" (for mood and memory) 3 days ago...It seems to be alleviating my night sweats and hot flashes. I have had a lot of energy the last few days. I am 45. My surgery was on July 2nd. My doctor seems like he does not want me to take HRT unless I feel like my quality of life is being comprised. I agree at this point and feel like I am doing very well for being only 17 days Post Op. I have to remind myself to still rest because I want to vacuum and clean my house so bad and I have so much energy this week.

Question: He wanted me to take over the counter Citracal slow release 1200 once a day (for bone health and vitamins) If I am taking this Estroven , am I double dipping? Do I need both?
Estroven is all natural ,right? It can't do any harm?

You need to tell your doctor that you are taking Estroven as there are duplicate ingrediants.

It takes a while to use up your stores of estrogen too, so how you feel now may not be how you feel in a few weeks from now. My doctor recommended Estroven too but it didn't work for me unfortunately.
