1.7 cm endometerial stripe after 2 ablations...confused

OK, just found our I have a thickened endometrium...which I know is not uncommon, but I have had 2 ablations....the US report stated "endometrial stripe measures 1.7 cm (17 mm) is somewhat thickened" The radiologist is not aware of the 2 ablations. Also the US report shows a 10.1x 5.0 x6.0 anteverted uterus with a 3.1 cm fibriod. There are 2 cysts within the endometrium 1.2 cm and 1.0 cm. I am not sure if this can explain the intense cyclic pain and nausea I have had...it is not an infection like my OB/GYN told me, I completed 2 rounds of antibiotics with no improvement (also no cultures to confirm an infection)

My second opinion is Aug 6....I just know what I am feeling is not normal and while I don't want to be an arm chair MD I really thing I have post ablation syndrome, just based on symptoms and the fact I was probably not the best person for an ablation due to PCOS, 2 c-sections, a previously scared cervix from an agressive LEEP procedure and a tubal ligation.

I am just confused about the endometruim, I guess I didn't know I still had one....I do not bleed, my only problem is the life altering pain that meds to not touch 2 weeks out of the month and then a couple of days of inconvient pain when I ovulate...does anyone else have any similer experience? I hope my appt on the 6th will bring some answers, my fear is being dismissed like I was by my own dr.
