Even though you are not on hormones, remaining endometriosis can create its own supply of estrogen and can thus be self-sustaining. So yes, if you have endometriosis in that area, that might be what you are feeling. You could also be feeling an adhesion. It may also be your appendix or gallbladder. Additionally, your profile shows you had an oophorectomy (removal of the ovaries) along with your complete hysterectomy, so you could have ORS-- Ovarian Remnant Syndrome and even have an ovarian cyst.
I would suggest you start a symptom diary and then sit down and talk to your doctor. You may have to undergo some testing to rule out various conditions before you find out exactly what is going on, especially since endometriosis and adhesions don't tend to show up on any testing.
