Inexpensive Item and VERY Helpful for Hot Flashes and Nite Sweats

My Doctor has this personal handheld fan in his office for us ladies of *warmth*. Many times we start a hot flash right in the office and it interferes with our ability to talk with our doctors. I get embarrassed and just so stressed when I can't cool off and I need to talk to him.

I loved it when he offered me a *personal handheld fan*. It was so soothing!!!!! He just smiled.

Soooooo I went looking for one for my own! I found one (HA! so I bought 2, and told my husband he can have one for the golf course).

I just love this thing!!!

P.S. Of course the best way is to be hormonally balanced and NOT need the thing, buy hey! It's still comes in, um... *Handy!*
